At Authenticbrandst, we strive to provide an exceptional workshop experience for every participant. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the process of adjusting your bookings as straightforward as possible. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of our painting and drawing workshop services.
Please read this policy carefully before making a booking. By purchasing a workshop package or registering for a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your workshop booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our participants and our workshop leaders who dedicate their time and expertise to preparing for each session.
Cancellation by Participant
If you need to cancel your workshop booking, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund of the workshop fee
- Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future session
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date are not eligible for a refund, but you may receive a credit toward a future session at our discretion
- No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are not eligible for any refund or credit
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by contacting us via email or through our contact form. Verbal cancellations are not considered valid until confirmed in writing by our team.
Cancellation by Authenticbrandst
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to factors such as inclement weather (for outdoor sessions), instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- We will notify you as soon as possible via the email address you provided during registration
- You will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to an alternative session date
- If no alternative date is suitable, a full refund will be processed within 10 business days
- We will not be liable for any incidental expenses you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs
Refund Process
When a refund is approved, we will process it using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please allow the following processing times:
- Credit card refunds: 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Bank transfer refunds: 7 to 14 business days depending on your financial institution
- Other payment methods: processing times may vary; we will inform you of the expected timeline
Please note that refund processing times are estimates and may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated from our end.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that flexibility is important. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop but would like to participate in a future session, the following rescheduling options are available:
- Rescheduling requests made 7 or more days before the original workshop date can be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the original date may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $15 to cover administrative costs
- Each booking can be rescheduled a maximum of two times; after that, standard cancellation terms apply
- Rescheduled sessions must be used within 6 months of the original booking date
Workshop Materials and Supplies
All workshop packages include the use of professional-grade materials and supplies during the session. These materials are provided for use during the workshop and are included in the workshop fee. Regarding materials:
- Materials consumed during the workshop (paints, canvases, paper, etc.) are non-refundable as they are personalized and used during the session
- Participants take home their completed artwork along with any unused personal supplies at the end of each session
- If you wish to purchase additional materials for personal use, these can be bought separately at our studio and are subject to standard return policies for retail items
- Retail material purchases can be returned within 14 days in their original, unopened condition for a full refund
Gift Certificates and Vouchers
Gift certificates and workshop vouchers purchased from Authenticbrandst are subject to the following terms:
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Gift certificates are transferable and can be used by anyone the purchaser designates
- Unused gift certificates can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if the certificate has not been partially or fully redeemed
- After 30 days, gift certificates are non-refundable but remain valid until their expiration date
- Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced; we recommend keeping a record of your certificate number
- Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash after the 30-day refund window has closed
Special Workshops and Events
Certain workshops, seasonal events, and collaborative sessions may be subject to different cancellation and refund terms due to their unique nature and limited availability. Any special terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and in the confirmation email you receive. These special terms take precedence over the general return policy for the specific event or workshop in question.
Force Majeure
Authenticbrandst shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing workshops or services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or other events of force majeure. In such situations, we will make every effort to reschedule affected workshops or provide full refunds as appropriate.

Disputes and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a refund or cancellation request, please contact our management team directly. We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly. All complaints will be reviewed within 5 business days, and we will provide a written response outlining our findings and any actions we intend to take.
Changes to This Policy
Authenticbrandst reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
